What is the difference between UV printing and other printing methods?
Different from traditional printing, UV ink contains a reflector of UV light, which allows the ink to dry immediately. UV printing has a higher quality of color rendering.
Which parts can we customize?
Product customization includes three steps: Decide the usage and feature, decide the size, and decide on the packaging.
We will provide a mock-up design after you provided your customization requirements, then we can continue to sample proofing after the mock-up is approved.
For the garden, the shape, size, pattern, and poetry can be adjusted. We can also have your logo and design printed on the product.
Can the product be put outdoors?
Yes, the natural real stones are ECO Friendly and durable. It is painted very special UV coating that is water and weather-resistant.

If I want to use my own design, what kind of format should I provide?
A simple schematic is fine, we will make a mockup for you.
If you want to provide a specific design, we accept Adobe Illustrator files.
Does this product match inspections, and testing for importing?
Yes, we will do a product inspection if required by the customer. And also comply with the CA65, and RoHS, and we always pass the testing by the third-party laboratory.
