Which parts can we customize?
We can customize the top, tubes, striker, and sail color. We can also do printing on the tubes and sail.
How many colors can I print on the tubes?
We can silk-print single-color quotes, and we can also print multi-color designs with UV printing technology. The color printing goes all the way around the tube.
Can the product be put outdoors?
Yes, anodized and powder-coated tubes are waterproof, and we apply a transparent coating on the wood to prevent rain from damaging the top and sail.
How do the tubes affect the sound of wind chimes?
Tubes with thicker tube walls, longer tubes, and larger diameters have deeper tones.
The three-parameter creates a specific tune for the tube and we adjust each parameter to create a chord.
If I want to use my design, what kind of format should I provide?
A simple schematic is ok, and we will make a mock-up for you. For printing designs, we accept Adobe Illustrator files.

Product customization include three steps:
- Decide the usage and feature
- Decide the material, color and size
- Decide the packaging.
We will provide a mock-up design after you provided your customization requirements, then we can continue to sample proofing after the mock-up is approved.
For wind chimes, the shape, material, and color of top, tubes and sail can be adjusted. We can also have your logo and design printed on the product.
Attach other materials (such as glass and crystal) on the wind chime according to your design.
